DESCRIPTION:Get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness\, fun\, and community spirit at the Just Us Realty Multisport Festival 2025! Held in a stunning coastal location with idyllic ocean conditions and semi-closed roads\, this festival has something for everyone—from elite athletes to first-time participants\, juniors\, and volunteers alike. \nThe water temperature is most likely to remain under 20C for 3rd August\, so this event will have a wetsuit swim for all adult distances (Aquabike\, Give It a Tri\, Sprint\, Standard) \nJunior races will now be a Duathlon; starting with a beach run (same distance as the swim\, then cycle and run to finish chute \nEvery finisher receives a medal—including our amazing volunteers! \nTrophies up for grabs for 1st to 3rd male and female in each race type. \nPlaces are limited\, so register early to secure your spot. \n \nThe Races\nTriathlon & Multisport Events:\n\nStandard Triathlon (Individual & Team): 1500m swim / 40km bike / 10km run\nStandard Aquabike: 1500m swim / 40km bike\nSprint Triathlon: 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run\nSprint Duathlon: 5km run / 20km bike / 5km run\nGive It a Try(athlon): 400m swim / 10km bike / 2.5km run\n\nRun Events:\n\n5km Fun Run\n10km Run Challenge\n\nSwim Event:\n\n1500m open water swim\n\nJunior & All Abilities Events:\nOpen to kids of all experience levels—designed to be safe\, inclusive\, and fun! \nDue to the anticipated water temperature on race day\, Junior races will now be a Duathlon; starting with a beach run (same distance as the swim\, then cycle and run to finish chute. \n\nAll Abilities: 50m wade / 2km cycle / 300m run\nHatchlings (3–6 yrs): 30m wade / 1km cycle / 150m run\nMilbis (7–9 yrs): 100m swim / 2km cycle / 300m run\nTurtles (10–12 yrs): 200m swim / 3km cycle / 500m run\n\nWhether you’re racing solo\, as part of a team\, or cheering from the sidelines\, the Just Us Realty Multisport Festival promises a vibrant\, supportive atmosphere and a day to remember. \nRegistrations are open now!  \nView the Athletes guide here: Multisport Festival Athlete Guide 2025 \n
