Club Information
We are a very friendly triathlon club located at Bargara in the Wide Bay region, Queensland and our membership spreads throughout the Bundaberg Region. The weather here is perfect for those wanting to compete and/or train for triathlons as you can swim, ride and run all year round.
We encourage everyone within the Bundaberg Region to participate in this great sport with us and also extend the invitation to the regions close by including Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Agnes Waters, Yeppoon and Rockhampton Clubs and further to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions.
Our club promotes participation over results and encourages the benefits of fitness over who beats who. We cater for a wide range of triathletes, from those who seek national age selection to those who like to keep fit and challenge themselves. We are an inclusive club and actively encourage the younger athletes by promoting participation over accolades. We currently start with our Hatchlings who are 3 – 7 years old, Milbi 7 – 9 years old, Turtles 10 – 12 years old and are now opening an all-abilities option for those who might never had the opportunity to participate due to disability.
There are many ways that the community and like-minded people can be involved with our club. Don’t hesitate to reach out and support our club by volunteering your time.
