Wave Starts:

7:00am Males 14 – 39 years and All Teams

7:05am Females 14 – 39 years

7:10am Males 40years and over

7:15am Females 40years and over

7:20am GIAT all in category

Assuming all adults have finished on the bike

9:00am Hatchlings

9:10am Milbis and All Abilities

9:20am Turtles

(Please note Kids will wear timing chips however they will receive a total time only)
