Get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness, fun, and community spirit at the Just Us Realty Multisport Festival 2025! Held in a stunning coastal location with idyllic ocean conditions and semi-closed roads, this festival has something for everyone—from elite athletes to first-time participants, juniors, and volunteers alike.

The water temperature is most likely to remain under 20C for 3rd August, so this event will have a wetsuit swim for all adult distances (Aquabike, Give It a Tri, Sprint, Standard)

Junior races will now be a Duathlon; starting with a beach run (same distance as the swim, then cycle and run to finish chute

Every finisher receives a medal—including our amazing volunteers!

Trophies up for grabs for 1st to 3rd male and female in each race type.

The Races

Triathlon & Multisport Events:

• Standard Triathlon (Individual & Team): 1500m swim / 40km bike / 10km run
• Standard Aquabike: 1500m swim / 40km bike
• Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run
• Sprint Duathlon: 5km run / 20km bike / 5km run
• Give It a Try(athlon): 400m swim / 10km bike / 2.5km run

Run Events:

• 5km Fun Run
• 10km Run Challenge

Swim Event:

• 1500m open water swim

Junior & All Abilities Events:

Open to kids of all experience levels—designed to be safe, inclusive, and fun!

Due to the anticipated water temperature on race day, Junior races will now be a Duathlon; starting with a beach run (same distance as the swim, then cycle and run to finish chute.

• All Abilities: 50m wade / 2km cycle / 300m run
• Hatchlings (3–6 yrs): 30m wade / 1km cycle / 150m run
• Milbis (7–9 yrs): 100m swim / 2km cycle / 300m run
• Turtles (10–12 yrs): 200m swim / 3km cycle / 500m run
